LOW IMPACT FULL BODY WORKOUT INTERMEDIATE LEVEL with ballerina Maria Khoreva

For this video – FULL BODY LOW IMPACT INTERMEDIATE workout – I wanted to continue the theme of the last video on this channel (FULL BODY LOW IMPACT workout for BEGINNERS) and do a workout which doesn’t put a lot of pressure on your legs but at the same time today we’re going to increase the difficulty of each exercise and also repeat them for 2 rounds. This routine will consist of 10 exercises that are going to be targeting all the muscle groups and I would say that it is still a “safe” workout, however judge for yourself and consult a physician before doing any of it. I am also going to publish an ADVANCED level of this workout soon on this channel so if the exercises seem too easy please look forward to those!
