Low impact FULL BODY WORKOUT ADVANCED level with ballerina Maria Khoreva

Hi guys! This third version of my Low Impact Workouts is going to be the hardest, for an advanced level. I love this routine because it makes you sweat and get tired but certainly makes you so much stronger!! It would be enough for me for a day because it targets all the important muscle groups. We’re going to do 10 exercises, 50 seconds on, 10 seconds off and repeat the round 3 times! Hope you enjoy this video!
